everis has announced that it is changing its brand name to NTT DATA. The Japanese company, which has owned everis since 2014, is the sixth-largest IT services company in the world according to Gartner, is present in more than 50 countries, consisting of nearly 140,000 employees and with revenues of $22 billion.
Since the acquisition of everis by NTT DATA seven years ago, both brands have been working together to improve, strengthen and grow the business in the markets where everis is present. With this rebranding in the 17 countries where everis had a presence, the company will continue to focus on providing its clients with local expertise and vision backed by enhanced global capabilities.
everis, founded 25 years ago, is making this rebrand in line with the growth strategy and a single global brand carried out by NTT DATA in the whole group, with the goal of simplifying and strengthening its organization with a common identity that reflects a shared vision and enables greater collaboration globally.
This move strengthens the NTT DATA brand, allowing it to increase its range of innovative tools and high-quality services to clients around the world and accompany them in their growth and digitalization processes.
Fritz Hoderlein, CEO at NTT DATA Europe & Latam explained: “This rebranding positions us as a more global company, which will continue, as always, to provide local and personalized support to our customers. What starts today is an opportunity to continue to make a difference, as NTT DATA, through technology and provide the best career path for our people worldwide”.
